The capacity for these group classes are 5 people. Depending on availability and demand some of the classes may take place outdoors at Joseph Medwick Park (Right Behind our Gym)
Summer Boxing Cardio Schedule
Saturdays – 9:00-9:30AM, 9:45:AM – 10:15AM, 10:30AM – 11:00AM, 11:15AM – 11:45AM
This is a 1-1 class and may also be available at other times upon request, please reach out to us for availability.
30 Minute Personal Training
1-1 training Full Body 30 minute workout.
45 Minute Personal Training
1-1 training Full Body 45 minute workout.
60 Minute Personal Training
1-1 training Full Body 60 minute workout.
60 minute vinyasa yoga class that connects the mind and body through breath and posture.
Our Prenatal Yoga offering is designed to ease you into a safe and fun yoga practice. Students will be guided through step by step instruction of basic yoga postures. Modifications will be given where needed.
A very Fun High Intensity 30 minute boxing class for all levels led by our coach Irving
A Pre-Natal Yoga flow specially designed for expecting moms, led by our coach Charlotte
A fun, engaging 45 minute strength and cardio class led by our coach Irving
