Alexis has always been an active lifestyle enthusiast passionate about sports, his favorite being basketball. ZaroSports is here to provide strength for everyone to continue living their active lifestyle. No matter the goal, strength training will get you there. In 2018 Alexis finished his active duty Army career. Soon after, in late 2019, he returned to Carteret and, in 2021, opened up the first ZaroSports Strength Training studio. He and his coaching staff are looking to help you become the best version of yourself.

Through the many fabrics that make up our current reality, I Have found that movement has indeed been medicine for many. To the sun you rise and to the moon you bask in slumber. Somewhere in between I'd like to offer you a container in which you can safely navigate through the depths of your mind, body and spirit. With over 10 years of movement professionalism, it would be my honor and pleasure to assist you in igniting the flame of action in your life. I am here to happily serve you, all levels of experience welcomed.
Charlotte is a certified Yoga Alliance 200-hour Hatha + Vinyasa & 85-hour Prenatal Yoga Instructor. She has experience teaching yogis of all backgrounds including: beginners, pregnant women, competitive athletes, as well as those with chronic injuries. She has taught a wide range of age groups, with students from 6 to 81 years old. Charlotte teaches all types of classes: beginner, power, prenatal, restorative, and senior yoga.
Charlottes approach: yoga is a powerful tool that connects the mind and body through breath and posture. With intention, yoga practice has the ability to heal your mind and body through movement and awareness. Through yoga practice, you will increase your flexibility, stamina, build muscle, burn fat, challenge the body and challenge the mind.
Angelo is certified through the ISSA (International Sports Science Association). He's currently enrolled in the Lionel University's Bachelor Program for Exercise Science. He specializes in strength training and HIIT classes. "My main emphasize is form and technique more than seeing how heavy an individual can lift." Fun fact about me: I am a huge comic book nerd, and I do enjoy playing video games such as Call of Duty Warzone and Fortnite.
