My background in training comes through NASM I currently have the CPT which is the standard personal training certification and also the PES which is the performance Enhancement Specialization. I am an avid sport enthusiast and I also enjoy playing. however unfortunately I injured both of my knees by tearing the ACL in both the right and left knees (no it wasn't at the same time) but I've taken somewhat of a backseat now, however through this I have increased my knowledge in proper training and prevention of these types of injuries.
